Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego w kwocie 5.173.191,43 zł na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych kredytów i pożyczek oraz na sfinansowanie deficytu w budżecie. Środki udzielonego kredytu długoterminowego zagwarantują zbilansowanie budżetu poprzez pokrycie planowanego deficytu w kwocie 1.778.814,51 zł oraz płynną, terminową spłatę rat wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań finansowych w kwocie 3.394.376,92 zł.

Lots Lot 1 — Udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego w kwocie 5.173.191,43 zł na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych kredytów i pożyczek oraz na sfinansowanie deficytu w budżecie: 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego w kwocie 5.173.191,43 zł na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych kredytów i pożyczek oraz na sfinansowanie deficytu w budżecie. Środki udzielonego kredytu długoterminowego zagwarantują zbilansowanie budżetu poprzez pokrycie planowanego deficytu w kwocie 1.778.814,51 zł oraz płynną, terminową spłatę rat wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań finansowych w kwocie 3.394.376,92 zł. 2. Spłata rat kredytu długoterminowego powinna być rozłożona na lata 2027–2037. Zamawiający przewiduje, iż kredyt zostanie uruchomiony do końca 2026 r. a w każdym kolejnym roku raty będą spłacane co kwartał tj. 4 w ciągu jednego roku trwania kredytu.
