Wykonanie projektu i budowa mieszkań przy ul. Brzozowickiej (obecnie przy ulicy Złotej - w związku z wybudowaniem nowej drogi) w Będzinie - dla ETAPU 2 Zadanie IIA, na działce nr 1364/11 zgodnie z wymaganiami Zamawiającego określonymi w niniejszej SWZ, Planie Miejscowym oraz zgodnie z przepisami obowiązującego prawa. Zadanie IIA podzielone zostanie na 2 następujące fazy: FAZA 1 - wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej wykonawczej w zakresie budynków dla Zadania IIA (bud. II.A1, II.B1 i II.B2) i dokumentacji budowlano-wykonawczej w zakresie przyłączy i sieci dla Zadania IIA, FAZA 2 - roboty budowlane w zakresie budynków dla Zadania IIA (bud. II.A1, II.B1 i II.B2), wykonanie zagospodarowania, przyłączy i sieci w zakresie niezbędnym do uzyskania pozwolenia na użytkowanie dla bud. II.A1, II.B1 i II.B2, uzyskanie decyzji o pozwoleniu na użytkowanie dla bud. II.A1, II.B1 i II.B2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w rozdz. III SWZ oraz w załączniku 13 do SWZ.
