Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbudowa i modernizacja Ujęcia Wody Dębina: w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego nr 1-05-19-329-1 „Ujęcie Dębina - odbudowa i modernizacja stawów infiltracyjnych - etap II”, obejmująca: - ogrodzenie działki 2/4 na Marlewie odc. A (1600 m); - budowę drugiej części ogrodzenia terenu strefy ochrony bezpośredniej Ujęcia (odc. C, D) ~ 1400 m; - budowę kanalizacji kablowej oraz systemu kamer termowizyjnych (50 szt.) wraz z centralą dyspozytorską; - utwardzenie z płyt drogi wzdłuż stawów nr 6, 12, 18, (ok. 620 m); - montaż szafek zasilających i linii kablowych 0.4kV. Oświetlenie terenu i instalacje komory ujęciowo-osadowej. Usunięcie kolizji elektroenergetycznych; - uszczelnienie placu rozkładu oleju; - wykonanie ringu światłowodowego. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 8 do SWZ.
