Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa kompleksu sportowego w miejscowości Juchnowiec Dolny w skład którego wchodzą: budowa budynku klubowego z zapleczem szatniowym i budynku gospodarczego, przebudowy boiska o nawierzchni z trawy naturalnej i budowy boiska o nawierzchni ze sztucznej trawy, budowy wiaty rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowej, elementów małej architektury wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu, budową niezbędnej infrastruktury technicznej oraz rozbiórką części istniejącej infrastruktury technicznej zewnętrznej, zagospodarowaniem terenu i części urządzeń i obiektów budowlanych. Budowa kompleksu sportowego zaprojektowano na działkach nr ewid. 76/1, 76/2, 77, 78, obręb ewid. 200205_2.0016 Juchnowiec Dolny, jednostka ewid. 200205_2, powiat białostocki, województwo podlaskie. Na terenie inwestycji, występuje infrastruktura techniczna w postaci instalacji elektrycznej, kanalizacji sanitarnej, wodociągowej i telefonicznej. Przed przystąpieniem do prac budowlanych należy zdemontować wszystkie elementy kolidujące z projektowanymi elementami zagospodarowania terenu. Projektowane rozbiórki: • Rozbiórka istniejącego ogrodzenia między działkami 76/2 i 77 obręb geodezyjny Juchnowiec Dolny, • Rozbiórka fragmentów ogrodzenia, • Rozbiórka nawierzchni z kostki betonowej, • Rozbiórka budynku klubowego, • Rozbiórka wiaty w konstrukcji stalowej przy budynku klubowym, • Rozbiórka nawierzchni betonowej do gry w koszykówkę wraz z wyposażeniem (kosze do koszykówki szt.2.). Na terenie stadionu przewiduje się wycinkę drzew kolidujących z projektowanym zagospodarowaniem terenu.
