Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest robota budowlana polegająca na wykonaniu przez Wykonawcę prac (w formule „pod klucz”) polegających na zaprojektowaniu, wytworzeniu, uzyskaniu odpowiednich decyzji oraz zainstalowaniu Nowego Źródła Pary dla PGE GiEK S.A. Oddział Elektrownia Opole, w tym uzyskanie decyzji o pozwoleniu na budowę w odniesieniu do robót budowlanych lub zgłoszenia wykonywania robót budowlanych właściwemu organowi (w zależności od wymagań prawnych), uruchomienie i przekazanie do eksploatacji, a także uzyskanie pozwolenia na użytkowanie albo uzyskania oświadczenia właściwego organu, że nie zgłasza on sprzeciwu wobec przystąpienia do użytkowania (w zależności od wymagań prawnych), szczegółowo opisanych w Programie Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym (PFU) oraz należyte wykonanie przez Wykonawcę zobowiązań wynikających z gwarancji jakości oraz rękojmi dotyczących prac w okresie gwarancji i rękojmi, jak również udzielenie Zamawiającemu Praw Własności Intelektualnej.
