1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowych, wyprodukowanych nie wcześniej niż 6 miesięcy przed terminem składania ofert, laptopów w liczbie 250 sztuk wraz z oprogramowaniem i dodatkowym wyposażeniem, o których mowa wykazie parametrów, stanowiącym Załącznik do formularza ofertowego, który stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, zwanych dalej „Sprzętem”. 2. Zamawiający wymaga, aby Sprzęt dostarczony w ramach realizacji umowy, posiadał odpowiednie certyfikaty bezpieczeństwa i deklarację zgodności CE. 3. Szczegółowy opis wymaganych przez Zamawiającego parametrów Sprzętu, oprogramowania i wyposażenia, został zawarty w wykazie parametrów, stanowiącym Załącznik do formularza ofertowego, który stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Sposób realizacji zamówienia został opisany w projekcie umowy (stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ).
