Zamówienie w ramach opcji: Usunięcie ok 250 m2 wyrobów zawierających azbest z ruin budynku, zlokalizowanego na działce 15/3, z obrębu 10117 Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają: 1) Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ/Załącznik nr 1 do Umowy; 2) Projektowane postanowienia umowy - stanowiące Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
