Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje odbiór, transport i zrzut odcieku składowiskowego z obiektu Częstochowskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Komunalnego Sp. z o.o. w Sobuczynie. 2. Zakres zamówienia: 2.1. Miejsce unieszkodliwienia odcieku składowiskowego: Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji w Częstochowie, punkt zlewny ul. Wały Dwernickiego w Częstochowie 2.2. Ilość odcieku składowiskowego do odbioru, transportu i zrzutu w ramach zamówienia w okresie obowiązywania umowy, wynosi: -- ilość minimalna 10 000,00 Mg -- ilość maksymalna 40 000,00 Mg. 2.3. Dyspozycje w zakresie terminów i ilości wywożonego odcieku wydawane będą przez Zamawiającego z jednodniowym wyprzedzeniem, przy czym dzienna wymagalna ilość odcieku do wywozu wynosi max. 150 Mg. 2.4. Zrzut odcieku w punkcie zlewnym określonym powyżej musi odbywać się w godzinach: 6:00 – 9:00 i 18:00 – 22:00.
