Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu specjalistycznego do wykonywania zabiegów kardiochirurgicznych u dzieci w podziale na 3 pakiety. na zasadach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy i w terminach wynikających z zawartej umowy. 2. Zamawiający dokona oceny ofert na podstawie przedmiotowych środków dowodowych wymaganych w Rozdziale XV. pkt 1.4. SWZ. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych na pakiety, wówczas wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na wybrany pakiet lub wszystkie pakiety wymienione w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (OPZ).
