Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa aparatura do wysokotemperaturowych badań właściwości fizykochemicznych surowców wtórnych i produktów recyklingu („Aparatura”) składająca się z dwóch urządzeń: Część I: Analizator termograwimetryczny (termowaga) Część II - chromatograf gazowy sprzężony ze spektrometrem mas (GC-MS) The subject-matter of the procurement is a comprehensive set of equipment for the high-temperature analysis of the physicochemical properties of secondary raw materials and recycled products ("Equipment"), consisting of two parts: Part I: Thermogravimetric analyzer (thermobalance) Part II: Gas chromatograph coupled with a mass spectrometer (GC-MS)

Lots Lot 1 — Analizator termograwimetryczny („Termowaga”)/Thermogravimetric analyzer (“Thermobalance”): Część I: Analizator termograwimetryczny („Termowaga”) 1. Termowaga musi składać się z mikrowagi ładowanej od góry, ze sterowanym elektrycznie ogrzewaniem i precyzyjną kontrolą temperatury. Termowaga musi być kompatybilna z GC-MS opisanym w Części II i umożliwiać prowadzenie badań w zakresie temperatur od -150°C do co najmniej 2400°C, z możliwością pracy w atmosferze gazów obojętnych, utleniających oraz redukcyjnych, w tym wodoru. Dopuszcza się, że Termowaga może stanowić jedno urządzenie lub składać się ze zintegrowanych modułów zgodnych z wymaganiami określonymi w niniejszym dokumencie. Part I: Thermogravimetric analyzer (“Thermobalance”) 1. Thermobalance must consist a top-loading microbalance with electrically controlled heating and precise temperature control. Thermobalance must be compatible with GC-MS that allow testing in the temperature range from -150°C to at least 2400°C, with the ability to operate in an atmosphere of inert, oxidizing and reducing gases, including hydrogen. It is permissible that Thermobalance may constitute a single device or consist of integrated modules in accordance with the requirements specified in this document. Lot 2 — chromatograf gazowy sprzężony ze spektrometrem mas („GC-MS”)/Gas chromatograph coupled with a mass spectrometer (“GC-MS”): Część II - chromatograf gazowy sprzężony ze spektrometrem mas („GC-MS”) GC-MS musi składać się z chromatografu gazowego sprzężonego ze spektrometrem mas oraz oprogramowaniem. GC-MS przeznaczony jest do analizy gazów procesowych powstających (wydzielających się) podczas badania próbki przy użyciu Termowagi. Part II - Gas chromatograph coupled with a mass spectrometer (“GC-MS”) GC-MS must consisting of a gas chromatograph coupled with a mass spectrometer and software. GC-MS is designed for the analysis of process gases generated (emitted) during the examination of a sample using a Thermobalance.
