1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa mięsa i wędlin dla SP ZOZ Szpitala Specjalistycznego MSWiA w Głuchołazach w okresie od dnia podpisania umowy przez 12 miesięcy. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony został na 4 części (pakiety). Wykaz asortymentu wraz z jego szczegółowym opisem zawarty został w załącznikach od nr 1.1 do 1.4, które stanowią integralną część Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
