Asortyment i ilości poszczególnych towarów zawiera formularz cenowy stanowiący odpowiednio załącznik nr 2 do SWZ dla części nr 1, załącznik nr 3 do SWZ dla części nr 2, załącznik nr 4 do SWZ dla części nr 3 oraz załącznik nr 5 do SWZ dla części nr 4. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia poszczególnych produktów zawarty jest: dla części nr 1 – w załączniku nr 6 do SWZ, dla części nr 2 – w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ, dla części nr 3 – w załączniku nr 8 do SWZ, dla części nr 4 – w załączniku nr 9 do SWZ.
