Aparatu do kriochirurgii -1 szt. wraz z sondą kriochirurgiczną doaparatu-5 szt. i elektrodą bierną-125 szt. Zamówienie podzielone jest na 3 CZĘŚCI (I, II, III). Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawierają Załączniki nr: 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 będące integralną częścią SWZ. Każdy Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolną ilość części.
