Wykonawca zapewni, że dostarczony pojazdy: 1) są fabrycznie nowe, nieużywane, w pełni sprawne, bez wad, nie demonstracyjne, nie będące przedmiotem ekspozycji, 2) ich standard zabudowy obejmuje co najmniej zabudowę medyczną i zestaw transportowy pacjent, 3) zostały wyprodukowane nie wcześniej niż w 2025 r. 4) ich zabudowa medyczna wykonana została nie wcześniej niż w 2026 r., zaś Wykonawca posiada dokumenty dopuszczające do obrotu i używania wyposażenie medyczne zabudowy, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych (t.j. Dz. U. 2022 poz. 974 z późn. zm.).

Lots Lot 1 — Dostawa ambulansu drogowego typu B/C wraz ze sprzętem medycznym - część 1: 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa ambulansu drogowego typu B/C wraz ze sprzętem medycznym. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1a do SWZ. Wskazane w załączniku parametry przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią minimum techniczne i jakościowe oczekiwane przez Zamawiającego. Lot 2 — Dostawa ambulansu drogowego typu B/C wraz ze sprzętem medycznym - część 2: 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa ambulansu drogowego typu B/C wraz ze sprzętem medycznym. 2.
