Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie, dostawa, montaż, uruchomienie oraz integracja dziewięciu magazynów energii elektrycznej z instalacjami elektroenergetycznymi oraz istniejącymi lub projektowanymi instalacjami fotowoltaicznymi powiązanymi z obiektami infrastruktury komunalnej Gminy Mińsk Mazowiecki - 3 szkoły podstawowe, 3 stacje uzdatniania wody i 3 przepompownie. Zakres przedmiotowy zamówienia obejmuje również sporządzenie instrukcji eksploatacji instalacji w języku polskim, serwis gwarancyjny oraz przeprowadzenie instruktażu dla wskazanych przez Zamawiającego osób w zakresie zasad obsługi, użytkowania, konserwacji i bezpieczeństwa dot. użytkowania zainstalowanej instalacji. Zamówienie obejmuje następujące obiekty: - Szkoła Podstawowa im. Ks. Antoniego Tyszki w Janowie, - Szkoła Podstawowa im. Marii Konopnickiej w Brzózem, - Szkoła Podstawowa im. Karola Wojtyły w Hucie Mińskiej z siedzibą w Cielechowiźnie, - Stacja Uzdatniania Wody Królewiec, - Stacja Uzdatniania Wody Janów, - Stacja Uzdatniania Wody Zamienie, - Przepompownia Brzóze, - Przepompownia Cielechowizna, - Przepompownia Janów, przy czym 2 obiekty: Przepompownia Brzóze oraz Przepompownia Cielechowizna nie są powiązane z istniejącą instalacją fotowoltaiczną jednakże Zamawiający jest w posiadaniu dokumentacji projektowej ich wykonania. Wykonawca zapewni serwisowanie zamontowanej instalacji w całym okresie gwarancji i rękojmi przy czym Zamawiający wymaga 10 lat gwarancji producenta dla systemu bateryjnego (ładowarka AC oraz jednostka sterująca) oraz 5 lat gwarancji producentów na pozostałe zamontowane/zainstalowane elementy/materiały. Szczegóły dotyczące wymogów opracowania dokumentacji projektowej oraz opisu robót montażowych i instalatorskich zapisano w PFU, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ – Dokumentacja - PFU.
