- Management of Erasmus+ grant administration, financial monitoring, evidence, and reporting requirements
- Support for safeguarding, risk management and participant welfare throughout the programme
- Delivery or commissioning of high-quality teacher CPD and training aligned to the agreed programme objectives
- Development and implementation of programme evaluation, impact measurement, and outcomes reporting
- Monitoring and reporting on participant outcomes and the wider impact of the programme on participating schools; and

The programme is intended to support Croydon schools in developing practice in areas including inclusion and SEND, digital and AI-enabled education, wellbeing, sustainability, innovation, and oracy/communication-rich learning, aligned with relevant Erasmus+ priorities. Providers should only register an interest where they can demonstrate the relevant specialist experience, capacity, international networks and organisational infrastructure required to manage an Erasmus+ mobility programme from participant selection through to final evaluation and grant reporting. Registering your interest Providers wishing to participate must register their interest through the correspondence area no later than 21 September 2026 Please complete the sections provided in the document attached and return via the messaging area on the inTend Portal: Following the registration deadline, the Council will review responses and may engage with organisations whose experience and capabilities align with the requirements. This market engagement exercise is intended to inform the Council's understanding of the market and potential future commissioning arrangements.
