Details
Folkehelseinstituttet, Avdeling for Virologi, skal kjøpe fortrinnsvis 4 real-time PCR maskiner, med en total ramme på 1,6 millioner kroner, som hovedsakelig skal brukes til deteksjon av biologiske agens, med opsjoner på tilhørende serviceytelser, ev. instrumentspesifikke forbruksvarer og tilhørende utstyr så lenge instrumentene er i bruk hos Kunden.Instrumentene skal brukes til å identifisere og kvantifisere forskjellige biologiske smittestoff. Materialene som skal undersøkes kan inneholde både veldig mye og veldig lite av smittestoffene. Den beste måten å detektere disse på er gjennom en real-time PCR analyse. Det kreves dermed god sensitivitet og brukervennlighet. Kunden er til tider veldig avhengig av å kunne gjennomføre disse analysene, ikke minst i en beredskapssituasjon, så instrumentene må være robuste og håndtere både små og store prøvevolum.Kunden har opsjon på kjøp av ytterligere 1-2 instrumenter med samme spesifikasjoner og til samme betingelser. Opsjonen må utløses innen fire (4) år fra signering av avtalen.
