Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (NPTCBC) wishes to use this Planned Procurement Notice as notification of the revised tender timescales of the proposed multi-Lot Minor Works Open Framework, due to be published in early December 2026. NPTCBC also wishes to update the Lot categories as follows:
