La propuesta debe enviarse directamente a través del portal antes de la fecha límite indicada en el Portal Quantum, 6 de Noviembre de 2026 a las 15:00 horas, hora del sistema que corresponde a la ciudad de Nueva York . En caso de discrepancia entre el plazo del sistema y el indicado en otro lugar, prevalecerá el plazo del sistema.
