INSTRUCCIONES GENERALES
Objetivo:
El objetivo de la Solicitud de Cotización (SDC) es identificar a un proveedor que pueda proporcionarle al UNFPA todos los productos descritos en el ANEXO 1-ESPECIFICACIONES TÉCNICAS Y FORMULARIO DE CUMPLIMIENTO. Se espera que el proveedor seleccionado proporcione dichos productos sobre la base de una Orden de Compra específica.
Contenido de las cotizaciones
Las cotizaciones deben contener:
Propuesta técnica según los requisitos detallados en las especificaciones técnicas del ANEXO 1, esta propuesta debe incluir fotos de los ítems ofertados.
FORMULARIO DE CUMPLIMIENTO completado de acuerdo con el formato del ANEXO 1.
Formulario de Declaración debidamente firmado según formato del ANEXO 2.
Oferta Financiera con incoterm DAP, La Habana.
Los 4 documentos antes mencionados deben estar firmados por la autoridad relevante de la empresa oferente y se deben presentar en formato PDF.
Validez de la oferta.
La oferta presentada debe tener una validez de al menos 30 días naturales.
Resumen del proceso de evaluación
Las cotizaciones se evaluarán en función del cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas y el costo total de los bienes (cotización de precios).
La evaluación será realizada en dos etapas por un panel de evaluación ad-hoc. Se evaluará la conformidad técnica de las propuestas técnicas antes de proceder a la comparación de las cotizaciones de precios.
Adjudicación
El UNFPA adjudicará una Orden de Compra para el oferente que cotice el precio más bajo y cuya propuesta se determine que cumple en forma sustancial con los términos especificados en los documentos de licitación.
Derecho a modificar los requisitos al momento de la adjudicación
El UNFPA se reserva el derecho de aumentar o reducir, al momento de la adjudicación del contrato, hasta un 20% del volumen de los bienes especificados en esta Solicitud de Cotización (SDC), sin ninguna modificación en los precios por unidad u otros términos y condiciones.
Aclaraciones adicionales
Si necesita alguna aclaración, utilice la funcionalidad de "Mensajes" directamente dentro del sistema. No olvide seleccionar la moneda en la que realizará la cotización, en el sistema siempre aparece predeterminado el USD. No olvide que aunque adjunte la propuesta financiera debe completar esta igualmente en la Sección 3 Lines.
