This landmark project represents a significant investment in sporting and community infrastructure and aims to increase indoor sports capacity, improve year-round facility availability, and support regional and national sporting events. The procurement will be undertaken using a Design & Build delivery model, with Council seeking innovative, high-quality, and value-for-money solutions from experienced lead Contractors.
