Za sklop 1 bo naročnik sklenil pogodbo s ponudnikom, katerega ponudba bo najugodnejša. Za sklop 2, bo naročnik sklenil okvirni sporazum s tremi (3) ponudniki, katerih ponudbe bodo najugodnejše za navedeni sklop. Za sklop 2 bo naročnik odpiral konkurenco in oddal naročilo ponudniku, ki bo v postopku odpiranja konkurence podal najugodnejšo ponudbo za predmetni sklop.
