The US Embassy Bishkek has a requirement for a contractor to provide service of Organization of the Freedom 250 C5+1 U.S. Government Alumni Summit. You are invited to submit a quotation. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the following:

  • Volume 2 - Technical Requirements

*(see page 2 of the solicitation) The Embassy plans to award a purchase order.  You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive.  The RFQ does not commit the U.S Embassy to make any award.  The Embassy may cancel this RFQ.
