Bakgrunn og formål
Sogndal kommune skal pusse opp Kommunehuset ettersom bygget treng oppgradert ventilasjonsanlegg og overflateopppussing. Nokre vegger skal rivast for å laga større kontor. Det vil bli nokre nye vegger, bl.a i 2. etasje der det vert eit nytt møterom. Elles vert rominndeling tilnærma slik den er i dag. Det skal etablerast nytt innbyggartorg, med resepsjonsdisk og skyveluker i glas i vestibylen. Ytterdører og ein del interne dører skal ha adgangskontroll og må skiftast eller oppgraderast. Ytterdør er ein viktig del av karakteren til bygget og må behalda det utrykket som er i dag. Det skal monterast himling i alle kontor, møterom og kommunestyresalen.
Status og målsetting
Tiltak skal prosjekterast og utførast som forenkla utførelsesentreprise i henhold til NS 8406.
Delkontraktar
Det utlyste prosjektet er delt i tre ulike delkontrakter: tømrararbeid, el-arbeid og malar/golvlegging. I tillegg er det noko mindre og spesialisert arbeid som vert teken i tillegg. Oppdragsgjevar vil kooridnere faga. Framdriftsplanen til delkontrakt tømrararbeid vil vere førande.
Oppdragsgjevar tek atterhald om å kunne avlyse kopnkurransen dersom den totale summen på deltkontraktene vert høgare enn budsjettert verdi.
