Sogndal kommune skal pusse opp Granliavegen 40-50 ettersom bygget sårt treng vedlikehald og oppgraderingar. Granliavegen 40-50 består av 6 mindre leilegheiter, som har fungert som kommunale utleigebustadar. Prosjektet har motteke energitilskot frå Husbanken, og entreprenøren skal utføre arbeida slik at krav og forutsetningar for tilskotet tilfredsstillast og dokumenterast.
Arbeidet er delt i tre delkontraktar:
1. Tømrararbeid
2. Røyrarbeid
3. Elektroarbeid
