Kontrakt om Arkiv og saksbehandlingsløsning_WebSak i SKY er i henhold til tidligere publisert intensjonskunngjøring på Doffin og TED inngått med Acos AS i samsvar med opplysningene i kunngjøringsskjemaet. Det ble ikke mottatt noen innsigelser innen utløpet av fristen, og vilkårene for direkte anskaffelse ble opprettholdt.Avtalen innebærer en oppgradering av nåværende WebSak versjon 8.14 til WebSak versjon 9, i påvente av ny konkurranse og kontrakt. Oppgraderingen vil blant annet innebære at all drift og alle funksjoner, inkludert tilhørende moduler, vil foregå i en skybasert plattform driftet av Acos AS, til forskjell fra dagens situasjon hvor systemet er lagret lokalt (on-prem).Avtalen har en varighet på 2,5 år, med mulighet for 1+1 års forlengelse.
