Appel d’offres numéro 01-2026 Opération d’un minibus pour le transport collectif interrégional La MRC de L’Islet désire recevoir des soumissions dans le cadre d’une procédure ouverte pour l’opération d’un minibus affecté à son service de transport collectif interrégional. L’adjudicataire devra fournir l’ensemble des ressources, du personnel, du véhicule, des permis et des services habituellement requis pour cette prestation. L’opération du véhicule s’effectuera sur le territoire de la MRC de L’Islet et vers Montmagny, du 30 novembre 2026 au 29 novembre 2031. Les entreprises intéressées doivent se procurer les documents exclusivement par le Système électronique d’appel d’offres du gouvernement du Québec (SEAO), à l’adresse seao.gouv.qc.ca, en recherchant l’avis numéro 01-2026. Les documents, leurs modifications et les addendas ne peuvent être obtenus que par le SEAO, selon sa tarification. Les soumissions devront parvenir au bureau de la MRC de L’Islet, au 34, rue Fortin, Saint-Jean-Port-Joli (Québec) G0R 3G0, au plus tard le 9 novembre 2026 à 11 heures , heure locale. Elles seront ouvertes publiquement au même endroit à compter de 11 h 01. Les soumissions devront être cachetées et porter la mention « Appel d’offres public numéro 01-2026 — Opération d’un minibus pour le transport collectif interrégional ». Toute soumission reçue après l’heure limite sera rejetée et retournée sans avoir été ouverte. La MRC de L’Islet ne s’engage à accepter aucune soumission, même celle dont le prix proposé est le plus bas, et n’encourt aucune obligation envers les soumissionnaires.
