Opera Østfold skal gjennomføre en utendørsoppsetning av Georges Bizets Carmen på Fredriksten festning i juni 2027. Det skal inngås avtale med én hovedleverandør for tekniske leveranser og scenografi til produksjonen. Leveransen skal planlegges og gjennomføres i tett samarbeid med Opera Østfolds produsent, tekniske produsent og scenograf.
