De ontwikkeling van blok P2 is onderdeel van de herontwikkeling van de Tweebosbuurt, welke onderdeel is van het Stedenbouwkundig Plan Parkstad. Blok P2 ligt ingesloten tussen de Putselaan, Tweebosstraat, De La Reystraat en een nieuw aan te leggen straat genaamd de Emily Hobhousestraat. Het bouwblok bestaat deels uit een woon-zorgcomplex en deels uit koopwoningen. Het zorgcomplex zal worden gehuurd en geëxploiteerd door Humanitas.
De ambitie is om op deze plek een innovatief woonconcept te realiseren dat verbinding kan faciliteren tussen het zorgcomplex en de koopwoningen en (zorg)voorzieningen in de plint.
