The Panel is a list of suppliers who have been approved by MSD through the procurement process as capable of delivering the services and who have agreed to the contract. Any Respondent who agrees and meets the pre-conditions, standards, and service requirements outlined in the RFA can apply to join the Panel. This means that suppliers can apply to join the Panel throughout the life of the Contract. For Application submitted before or on 12 November 2025, all enquiries/applications must be posted on Weka - MSD Supplier Portal.
