Details
Anskaffelsens formål er å inngå kontrakt om å oppgradere administrasjonsbygget i form av to etasjers påbygg og ombygging/oppussing av eksisterende tre etasjer. Fullstendig beskrivelse av leveransen følger av kravspesifikasjonen (Vedlegg 1).
Oppdraget utføres som en generalentreprise.
Påbygg i 4. etasje skal inneholde laboratorium og kontorlandskap. Påbygg i 5. etasje inneholder kantine, møterom og auditorium.
Kjelleretasjen skal få utvidet garderobekapasitet, ny rømningsvei og ny toalett- og våtromsløsning. 1. og 2. etasje skal moderniseres til nytt kontorlandskap i tillegg til nye toalett- og våtrom.
Det skal også bygges ventilasjonsaggregater over eksisterende verkstedbygning i tillegg til noe utomhusarbeider.
Veas skal driftes i eksisterende lokaler under ombyggingen.
