Pursuant to Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 12.202, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of Wild Horse and Burro (WH&B) Corral Services in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. (i) Solicitation number 140L0126Q0006 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for WH&B corral services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This acquisition is set-aside for Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 115210, support activities for animal production, size standard of $11 million. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
