Objet : Le présent appel à manifestation d’intérêt concerne l’octroi d’un titre d’occupation d'un terrain nu d'une superficie de 10 000 m², situé au sein de l'aéroport de Bastia-Poretta, destiné à l'exercice d'une activité de stockage, de stationnement et de préparation de véhicules de location. L'occupation est exclusivement destinée aux besoins logistiques liés à l'activité de location de véhicules, à l'exclusion de toute activité commerciale d'accueil de clientèle ou de conclusion de contrats de location sur l'emprise mise à disposition.
Durée / délai d'exécution : La Convention d’Autorisation d’Occupation Temporaire prendra effet le 1er janvier 2027 pour une durée de 5 ans, et prendra fin au plus tard le 31 décembre 2031.
