L'objecte del present contracte administratiu d'obra l'execució de les obres del “Projecte executiu per la implementació d’un sistema d’aerotèrmia a Sant Vicenç de Castellet, situat a la comarca del Bages, a la província de Barcelona, que es composa de memòria, estudi de seguretat i salut, control de qualitat, plecs de condicions, pressupost i plànols, , valorat amb un pressupost d’execució per contracte (PEC) de 219.094,28 €, que un cop aplicat l’IVA actual (21%), ascendeix a un total de dos-cents seixanta-cinc mil cent quatre euros amb vuit cèntims (265.104,08€) redactat pel Sr. Raimon Renau Permanyer, enginyer industrial amb número de col·legiat 12.676, contractat per la Agència Comarcal de l'Energia del Bages amb l’informe favorable dels serveis tècnics municipals de data 14 de maig de 2026 i aprovat inicialment per acord de la Junta de Govern Local de data 29 de juliol de 2026.
