L’Ajuntament d’Olot vol reformar i ampliar l’edifici de vestidors del Camp de Futbol municipal de Sant Pere Màrtir per tal de millorar el sistema d’instal·lacions d’ACS i climatització dels vestidors existents i ampliar l’edificació per dotar al conjunt d’un nou vestidor comunitari, un vestidor per a àrbitres, una sala de reunions i un espai d’emmagatzematge. Aquestes actuacions estan motivades per la voluntat de millorar la capacitat de l’equipament, millorar l’accessibilitat i l’eficiència energètica de les instal·lacions.
