Københavns Professionshøjskole udbyder opgaverne om totalrådgivning og totalentreprise for projektet Nybyggeri Sigurdsgade, der er en udvidelse og modernisering af Campus Sigurdsgade (etape 1, del 1 og 2). Samtidig udbydes projektet Praksis og Innovationshus Titangade (etape 2), som realiseres, hvis og i det omfang der opnås finansiering til det. Udbuddet gennemføres som en konkurrencepræget dialog på baggrund af volumenstudier samt et ideoplæg. Der er tale om et samlet udbud af en Totalrådgiveraftale og en Totalentrepriseaftale, som bindes sammen af en Samarbejdsaftale. Samarbejdsaftalen indebærer, at Totalentreprenøren skal indgå i et tæt samarbejde med Københavns Professionshøjskole og Totalrådgiveren om projekteringen.
