Udbuddet vedrører totalrådgivning (arkitekt- og ingeniørydelser) i forbindelse med opførelse af ny integreret daginstitution i Strib i Middelfart Kommune, placeret i den sydlige del af Strib by. Totalrådgivers ydelser tager afsæt i udarbejdet Vision og Mission og omhandler programmering, projektering, udbud og opførelse af integreret daginstitution for 36 vuggestuebørn og 70 børnehavebørn med et forventet bruttoetageareal (excl. sekundære bygninger) på ca. 1.136 m2. Dertil kommer tilhørende udeanlæg incl. sekundære bygninger, legeplads samt P-plads med tilkørselsforhold. Projektet er et barmarksprojekt og byggemodning af grunden er tillige indeholdt i rådgivers ydelser. Med udgangspunkt i bilag 7 Vision og Mission og bilag 11 Bygherreleverancer, skal Totalrådgiveren sammen med bygherren videreudvikle og konkretisere idéoplæg for den kommende daginstitution. Totalrådgiveren skal ved brugen af workshops inddrage udvalgte personer fra forvaltningen, ansatte, brugere mv. i udarbejdelsen af Idéoplægget, så det efter godkendelse kan danne grundlag for udarbejdelse af et Byggeprogram der holder sig indenfor den afsatte anlægsøkonomi. Teknisk rådgivning og bistand defineres i dette udbud som arkitekt- og ingeniørydelser, herunder også bæredygtighedsleder, certificeret brandteknisk rådgivning og certificeret statiker. Der henvises til det samlede udbudsmateriale, herunder totalrådgiveraftalen med bilag for yderligere beskrivelse af opgavernes omfang. Totalrådgiveraftalen er baseret på ABR 18 og Ydelsesbeskrivelsen for Byggeri og Landskab (YBL 18).
