Details

Seljord kommune inviterer tilbod på totalentreprise for ombygging og utviding av ny base for heimetenesta i Brøløsvegen 13, 3840 Seljord.

Prosjektet omfattar ombygging og vidareutvikling av eksisterande bygningsmasse kombinert med eit nytt tilbygg. Tiltaket omfattar i hovudsak:

* Lett ombygging av om lag 90 m²

* Tung ombygging av om lag 132 m²

* Nytt tilbygg med garderobar på om lag 103 m²

* Ny carport på om lag 220 m²

* Tilhøyrande utomhusarbeid og opparbeiding av uteområde

Den prosjekterte løysinga tek vare på delar av den eksisterande bygningsmassen. Noverande NAV-kontor og kontor for barneverntenesta blir ikkje bygde om, då det nyleg er gjennomført omfattande investeringar i desse lokala, mellom anna knytt til tryggleik.

Desse kontora vil vere i ordinær drift gjennom store delar av byggeperioden.

Totalentreprenøren må derfor planleggje og gjennomføre arbeid slik at den daglege verksemda kan halde fram med minst mogleg ulempe.

Det må takast særleg omsyn til:

* tryggleik for tilsette og besøkande

* støy og støv

* tilkomst og rømmingsvegar

* koordinering av arbeid som påverkar den daglege drifta

* Inngjerding av anleggsområdet

Entreprenøren må leggje fram ein plan for korleis dette skal handterast.

Totalentreprenøren (TE) skal være ansvarlig for all HMS, prosjektering, planlegging og utførelse etter kontraktsinngåelse. BH har påseplikt.

Oppstart planlegges pro/søk i januar, oppstart byggeplass februar 2027.

Ferdigstillelse: Juli 2027.

Oppdragsgjevars beskrivelse av leveransen går fram av vedlegg 1, "beskrivelse av førespurnad" med tilhøyrande vedlegg, til dette konkurransegrunnlaget.
