As part of the Structure Plan it is vital to identify any land constraints that could impact the land use. This includes any constraints from natural hazards. The opportunity To supply geotechnical, natural hazard and risk advice, including but not limited to: • Undertake geological hazard characterisation for Te Kirikiri Frankton and Wānaka • Confirm which geological, flooding and seismic hazards are considered capable of impactful consequence within the areas of interest • Undertake a qualitative natural hazard risk assessment to support the development of the Structure Plan and future plan changes.
