The Request for Expression of Interest (REol) for Selection of Service Provider to Conduct End-to-End Computer Based Test and Engineering Drawing Examination for various schemes ofDirectorate General of Training (DGT) was published by the Directorate General of Training on the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) on 03.03.2026. 1. 2. In this regard, the following provisions regarding the Pre-EOI Conference and related procedures are hereby notified for the information of all prospective consultants. Prospective consultants interested in participating in this REol may attend a Pre-EOI Conference organized by the DGT to clarify the conditions of the REol process at the venue, date and time specified below. Participation in the Pre-EOI Conference is not mandatory, however participation with details of the concerned shall be informed to the DGT in advance through email at [contact details removed]. Further, written queries for the Pre-EOI Conference shall be sent to the DGT through email at [contact details removed] by the date and time specified below. Queries received after the prescribed time may not be considered. After the Pre-EOI Conference, the minutes of the Pre-EOI Conference, including questions received in writing and those raised during the meeting (without identifying the source), together with the responses provided, shall be published on the DGT's website within seven days of the conference. If required, a clarification letter and/or corrigendum to the REol document may also be issued containing amendments, if any, to the provisions of the REol document. Such clarifications and corrigenda shall be deemed to form part of the REol document. The Procuring Entity may also suitably extend the deadline for submission of EOls, if required, to enable prospective consultants to take such clarifications into account while preparing their submissions.
