Name of the Work Electrical Tender for HLC LB Under AO Secunderabad 2. Estimated cost of work Rs 29,51,560/- plus GST as applicable 3. Time for Completion of work 90DAYSfrom the date of PO or handover of the site whichever is earlier. 4. Eligibility of the contractor 1. Electrical Contractors of the respective category empanelled with SBI-LHO, Hyderabad 2. The vendor should have a valid digital signature to participate in the online tendering process 5. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Rs. 30000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) Drafts/BCs shall be in favor of The Assistant General Manager, HLC LB Nagar, Hyderabad – 500 068. 6. Tender Cost NIL 7. Payment terms i) No advance payment. ii) Interim Payment–Rs10Lakhs/-(Minimum) iii) Final P ayment after completion of the work subject to deductions as applicable. 13. Initial Security Deposit (ISD) 2% of contract value 14. Total Security Deposit including EMD, ISD. 5% of contract value which will be retained till the completion of the defects liability period; (From each running bill, an amount at the rate of 10% of the gross value of the running bill shall be recovered as retention money, till the total retention amount including the ISD amount already with th e Bank become 5 % of the value of the contract amount) 15. Defects Liability Period 12 Months from the date of completion or commissioning and handover of the work. 16. The quoted rate should be inclusive of Cost of materials, transport, loading , unloading charges, cost of installation, all taxes(excluding GST), wastages, machinery, temporary works such as scaffolding, cleaning, overheads, profit, statutory expenses, incidental charges and all related expenses required for the completion of the work. 2. Additional claims other than the quoted amount will not be entertained. 3. The quoted rates shall be firm throughout the completion of the project 20. Check list of documents to be uploaded 1. Scanned copy of DD/BC of EMD 2. Bidders are required to upload the NIT in PDF as uploaded by SBI. This will satisfy digital signing of theterms and condition of the tender by the bidder. 3. Proof of Empanelment with SBI in the respective category 21. Any additional information 1. The makes of materials should be chosen strictly from the preferred makes as given in the tender. 2. Any clarifications sought after opening of the tenders will not be entertained at any cost. Firm should visit the website till last date of submission for changes/ corrigendum, if any 3. The SBI reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tenders at any stage without assigning any reason. 4.
