Copy of Valid Electrical Contractor License issued by Kerala State Electricity licensing Board to be submitted along with the Technical Bid (The page showing validity of supervisor also to be attached) .Without valid contract license their Technical bid will not be consider for further process. (contractor should produce original license if Bank’s official asked to do so during the technical bid evaluation) Submission of EMD Other Eligibility Criteria, if any, specified. 5 Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) (to be submitted physically along with the technical bid, before due date) As stated in Tender Notice in the form of DD in favor of ‘State Bank of India’ payable at the concerned RBO. As stated in Tender Notice 9 Date and Time of opening of Tenders (Technical & Price bids) As Stated in Tender Notice 1 0 The tender will be summarily rejected if the Bidder Failed to submit Technical Bid, EMD copy of Valid Electrical Contractor License as stated at the respective RBO on or before due date & Time. Partly or fully Modifies, alters or corrects the tender document uploaded by SBI. EMD for required amount 1 1 Validity of tender 90 days from the last date for submission of Tenders (PRICE BID). Seal and Signature of Tenderer 4 12 Rates quoted by bidder The quoted rate should be inclusive of cost of materials, transport, loading, unloading, cost of installation, wastage, machinery, temporary works such as scaffolding, cleaning, overheads, contractor’s profit, statutory expenses, incidental charges, all related expenses required for the proper completion of the work and all taxes as applicable excluding GST . Additional claims other than the quoted amount will not be entertained. The rates quoted shall be firm from the date of opening till the completion of the project despite any variation in rates of materials, labour, taxes etc. 13 Additional information for bidding The make of materials should be chosen strictly from the preferred makes as given in the tender. Any clarifications sought after opening of the tenders will not be entertained at any cost. Firm should visit the website regularly till last date for submission of tender regarding changes/ corrigendum, if any SBI reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tenders at any stage without assigning any reason. Claims for revision of the quoted price by any bidder after submission of tender will not be entertained. The contractor should arrange liaisoning work with Government authorities especially department of Electrical inspectorate with their own license, outsourcing will not be permitted at any situation 14 Initial Security Deposit (ISD) 2% of the Contract value including EMD if any to be submitted
