The commencement date of the supervision phase will be communicated at the Handover meeting. Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the tender closing date are eligible to tender. Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises. TENDERER’S MEETING ( Compulsory clarification meeting (virtual)) A compulsory clarification briefing session will be conducted virtually on the 09 October 2026 at 11:00 am for a period of 2 hours. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of respondents arriving late.
