Norway – Fishing, emergency and other special vessels – Framework agreement for the procurement of trawl, trawling equipment and accompanying equipment.

This is an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of complete trawlers and accompanying equipment. The delivery includes complete trawls, trawler equipment and accompanying equipment. The procurement is divided into two sub-contracts, sub-contract 1 includes bottom trawler and sub-contract 2 pelagic/floating trawls. The contracting authority will ensure that the share of procurements of accompanying equipment is distributed equally between both lots. The contracting authority's research capture uses two main types of trawl: bottom trawl and pelagic trawl/floating trawl. Table 1 below shows which trawls are used on the different vessels, as well as a description of the accompanying equipment. See also attached drawings for the different trawl types in annexes 6-25. It is important that the trawls are produced exactly in accordance with the specification, with the mask size, thread thickness and thread material as described. The freight cost shall always be included in the price offer on trawlers and trawler tools.

Lots Lot 1 — Sub-contract 1: Bottom trawler: This is an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of complete trawlers and accompanying equipment. Alfredo 3 Cod trawl (Annex 9-11): Standard bottom trawl that is used for monitoring blue halibut, uer and other deep sea species at Egga-South and the Egga-North expeditions. Operated by "G.O. Sars", "Johan Hjort", "Kronprins Haakon" and various hire vessels. JTS 610 (Annex 23-25): Standard bottom trawl that is used on international expeditions (IBTS) in the North Sea. Operated by "G.O. Sars", "Johan Hjort", "Kronprins Haakon", and various hire vessels. Gisund Super (Annex 12-14): Standard bottom trawl that is used for bottom fish surveys in West Africa, among others. Operated by Dr. Fridtjof Nansen. Sub-contract 2: Pelagic trawl/floating trawler VITO trawl (Annex 15-16): Pelagic trawl with 396.8 m circumference. Used as a standard sample taking trawl for pelagic fish. Operated by "G.O. Harstad trawl 320 m perimeter (Annex 17-20): Standard pelagic trawl that is used in 0-group surveys in the Barents Sea.Operated by "G.O. Sars", "Johan Hjort", "Kronprins Haakon" and various hire vessels. Åkra floating trawl 228.8m circumference (Annex 21): Standard small pelagic trawl that is used as sample taking trawl for pelagic fish in areas where the depth is low, e.g. in narrow fjords. Operated by "Dr. Fridtjof Nansen" in West Africa, among others.Macrozooplankton trawl 92 m perimeter (Annex 22): Macrozooplankton trawl is used for quantitative catches of macroplankton (krill and amphipods) and micronectarone (mesopelagic fish and fish fry). Operated by "G.O. Sars", "Johan Hjort", "Kronprins Haakon", "Dr. Fridtjof Nansen" and various hire vessels.
