Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå avtale om reisebyråtjenester som ivaretar Norsk Tippings behov for forretningsreiser og gruppe-/avdelingssamlinger.

Norsk Tipping har behov for en helhetlig og effektiv løsning for administrasjon og bestilling av forretningsreiser samt gruppe- og avdelingssamlinger. Løsningen skal omfatte reisebyråtjenester og en digital bestillingsportal som gjør det enkelt for ansatte å planlegge, bestille, endre og avbestille reiser.

Med forretningsreiser menes alle typer reiser, med hovedvekt på fly, hotell, tog, leiebil og enkle møterom i forbindelse med reiser for enkeltpersoner og mindre grupper. Med gruppe/avdelingssamlinger menes reise/overnatting/møtefasiliteter for større grupper. Norsk Tipping har i tillegg ved enkelte anledninger behov for bistand til bestilling og administrasjon av gruppereiser til utlandet på vegne av flere ansatte. Beskrivelsen av behovet er ikke uttømmende.
