По условиям настоящего контракта Поставщик принимает на себя обязательство по поставке электрического котла (далее – Товар), наименование, количество и иные характеристики которых указаны в Спецификации (Приложение № 1), являющейся неотъемлемой частью контракта, а Заказчик обязуется принять и оплатить товар.
