Det ønskes tilbud på 1 stk. NIR-system for detektering av parathyreoidea til Helse Bergen HF. I tillegg ønskes opsjon på følgende: Serviceavtale for ulike servicenivåer Servicekurs (medisinsk teknisk personell) Utstyret skal muliggjøre intraoperativ autofluorescens for å identifisere og lokalisere parathyreoideakjertler under endokrin halskirurgi.Formålet er å støtte kirurgen med raskere og mer sikker visualisering av parathyreoidea, særlig i situasjoner der kjertlene er små, atypisk plassert eller vanskelig å skille fra omkringliggende vev. Utstyret er tenkt brukt som et tillegg til dagens standard kirurgiske teknikk, for å bidra til:- Bevaring av parathyreoidea og blodforsyning (vaskularisering), særlig ved thyreoideakirurgi med potensielt redusert risiko for postoperativ hypokalsemi/hypoparatyreoidisme- Mer presis disseksjon og beslutningsstøtte ved krevende anatomiske forhold- Ved parathyreoideakirurgi: støtte til å identifisere normale kjertler (f.eks. ved reoperasjon), å skille parathyreoidea fra omkringliggende vev og bidra til tryggere disseksjon Aktuelle prosedyrer/operasjoner der dette kan være relevant:- Thyreoideakirurgi (hemithyreoidektomi og total thyreoidektomi), inkl. reoperasjoner- Sentral lymfeknutedisseksjon ved thyreoideakreft- Parathyreoideakirurgi (primær og reoperativ kirurgi ved hyperparatyreoidisme)
