De opdracht betreft de nieuwbouw, verbouw en het groot onderhoud van het gemeentehuis Noardeast-Fryslân te Dokkum. Het project omvat de realisatie van bouwkundige en installatietechnische werkzaamheden, waaronder de renovatie van monumentale gebouwdelen en de realisatie van nieuwbouw.
