Details

Opdrachtgever is voornemens een nieuw laboratoriumgebouw van circa 2.300 m2 BVO te realiseren in Roelofarendsveen. Op de locatie Sotaweg 22 wordt aan de achterzijde van bestaande huisvesting van Naktuinbouw een uitbreiding gerealiseerd. De activiteiten die moeten worden gehuisvest worden nu nog op een andere locatie uitgevoerd. De activiteiten richten zich op het analyseren en testen voor kwaliteitsbepaling van zaden en gewassen. De Opdrachtgever heeft onder andere KuiperCompagnons en Deerns geselecteerd voor de uitwerking van het laboratoriumgebouw tot en met Technisch Ontwerp (TO) om vervolgens op basis van dit TO de aanbesteding van de aannemer te kunnen starten. Het ontwerpteam zal ook na contracteringcontracteren van de aannemer betrokken blijven.
