Details

Dit betreft een Europese openbare aanbesteding welke in gezamenlijkheid wordt uitgevoerd door de Universitair Medische Centra (UMC’s) UMC Groningen, Radboudumc, Erasmus MC, Amsterdam UMC en Maastricht UMC+, twee perifere ziekenhuizen Isala te Zwolle en Medisch Spectrum Twente te Enschede en de ANWB Medical Air Assistance (MAA). Het doel van de aanbesteding is het selecteren en contracteren van één (1) Ondernemer voor het leveren van werkkleding inclusief de bijbehorende dienstverlening t.a.v. het wassen, voorraadbeheer, onderhoud (o.a. reparaties) en de logistiek van de kleding naar de verschillende MMT stations. De leveringen van de werkkleding en de bijbehorende dienstverlening dienen te worden uitgevoerd conform de eisen en wensen in de aanbestedingsstukken. Tevens zal gedurende de gehele looptijd van de overeenkomst continu aandacht dienen te zijn voor duurzaamheid in de dienstverlening, onder meer door uitvoering te geven aan de Green Deal Duurzame Zorg die de UMC's mede ondertekend hebben. De scope van het project is vervanging van werkkleding voor alle teamleden van de vier teams en in de toekomst zes teams en de ANWB Medical Air Assistance (MAA), met de daarbij behorende bewassing, voorraadbeheer, reparaties en de logistiek van de kleding naar de MMT stations. De beoogde duur van de Raamovereenkomst bedraagt drie (3) jaar behoudens een optionele (eenzijdig uit te oefenen door de UMC's) verlenging van maximaal 2x twee (2) jaar. De totale contractduur is daarmee maximaal zeven (7) jaar.
